South Texas Engineering, Inc. is a civil engineering, structural engineering and land surveying firm located in San Antonio, Texas. For over 22 years, we have been providing comprehensive engineering and land surveying services to both the private and the public sectors for successful completion of numerous residential, commercial, street, drainage, water supply, waste-water, and surveying projects throughout the San Antonio and Austin areas. We offer the most cost effective foundation designs, both conventional-steel and post tension; plot plans; prepour, cable inspections and land surveying services. Our land surveying services include lot-and-house stakeouts, setback inspections, final/title surveys, trees, utilities, topographic, ALTA, boundary, right-of-way and easement surveys including subdivision platting services. Additionally, dedicated and experienced inspectors on our staff are always ready to go on site and conduct inspections and prepare structural, framing and drainage reports with specific recommendations to resolve the problems.

We provide all of our services in a timely manner. All foundation and plot plans are delivered in two days, once a job order is placed to commence the work. All field work is done the very next business day if a job order is placed by 4:30 pm. We have shown our ability to carry out emergency work orders the same day in a matter of couple of hours of notice.
